Bespoke Airway Rhinoplasty

Our Australian patient came to Hizon Clinics with two concerns:
🔴 Persistent nasal congestion, especially on the left side
🔴 A desire for a more refined and balanced nasal appearance

On assessment, he had a prominent dorsal hump, overly projected lower lateral cartilages creating a droopy tip, a visible midline cleft, and a columella slightly deviated to the right. Internally, a severely deviated septum was the cause of his breathing issues.

We performed a bespoke reduction rhinoplasty — tailored to both form and function — which included:
• Septoplasty with bilateral extended spreader grafts
• Dorsal hump reduction (bony and cartilaginous)
• Dermal graft overlay to smooth the nasal bridge
• Lower lateral cartilage excision and repositioning
• Tip plasty using ear cartilage onlay grafts for definition and lift

The result: improved airflow, a more sculpted nasal structure, and a natural refinement that complements his facial features.
