Nung nakaraang June, ang National Kidney Month, atin pong gunitain ang kahalagahan ng ating mga bato (kidneys) sa ating pang-araw-araw na kalusugan sa ilalim ng temang:
“Bato ay Alagaan, Buhay ay Ipaglaban!” 💚
Sa pakikipagtulungan ng Brgy. Sagayad Elementary School, kami ay nagsagawa ng isang makabuluhang aktibidad na kinabibilangan ng:
📚 Lecture tungkol sa mga senyales ng sakit sa bato (Mga Kaalaman sa Bato and 8 golden rules for kidney health by Dr. Leigh Salinas, at 10 sintomas ng sakit sa bato ng mga bata by Dr. Cristopher Mallari)
💃 Masayang Zumba para sa kalusugan
🧪 Libreng urinalysis para sa mga estudyante
Layunin naming palaganapin ang kaalaman at kamalayan ukol sa pangangalaga ng kidney health, lalo na sa kabataan. Sama-sama nating ipaglaban ang mas malusog na kinabukasan!
