A fun-tastic way to enjoy the sweet treat is to make it ourselves! That means we follow the steps (with a little obstacles), and practice the use our hands to scoop and mix! It’s such a great learning and tasting experience with friends and of course, our sweet teachers! 💕✨

We made FroYo today and it was DAIRY good!🍦Preparatory activities & skills practiced:
✔️History of Yogurts/Froyo
✔️Steps and expected ingredients
✔️Road rules and safety
✔️Money management + math
✔️Greetings and important phrases to use when speaking to others, and to store crew
✔️Following procedures
✔️Waiting in line, and enjoying eating time with friends!

Thank you so much to Frogo Greenfields for accommodating our request. They opened early just for us. You are as sweet as the Frozen Yogurts we savoured! Such a lovely way to start our weekend! 🍨✨

Pizza making fun friday! We learned the ingredients and steps in making pizza! We did it ourselves and it was so easy to make, but easier to eat! Well, we love pizza from my head tomatoes. 🍅😋

A great way to cap off the Saturday with our silly faces as we taste, identify, label, and sort different types of food! Of course we tried them all, because we love to impress our teacher, but promise mom & dad, we will eat more at home! 🤭♥️✨

Stellar Social Stars! ✨
Today’s activity is so engaging, fun— and delish!
-Vocabulary exercises (word meanings and context clues) as thinking skills task: the kids needed to finish the chips on the mat first
-DIY Uncrustables as reinforcement
-Goals inc: reading and following procedural directions, turn-taking, and sharing. Addresses feeding goals for picky eaters as well: they can ask for their favorites but only after they eat/try what they made.

These waffles are a batter way to start our day! 🧇☀️ Following the procedures made us learn a lot of things (like new words: objects names, actions, quantities, adjectives, and more!) while we wait and take turns. We also get to smell, taste, and share the yummy waffles we made. Thank you waffle-y much our sweet teachers! 💛🍫✨
