This warrior sustained and survived a gunshot wound. The injury caused severe and irreversible damage, and we had no choice but to remove one of his kidneys to save his life.

He is now fully recovered. 🙏

This is a reminder that animals feel pain the same way we do. If you cannot care for them, at the very least, choose not to harm them.

⚠️RAISING AWARENESS!⚠️

For the last few weeks, there have been 15 confirmed cases of urinary disorders in dogs and cats at our clinic. All of them required immediate surgical intervention as a life-saving measure. Maybe it’s only a coincidence but to be this numerous for same cases in only a short period of time, this has never happened before.

WARNING SIGNS YOU SHOULDN’T IGNORE!
❗️Frequent attempts to urinate (with or without urine output).
❗️Blood or white sediments in urine.
❗️Hard baseball like thing in their tummy which is often very painful.
❗️Vomiting and loss of appetite.
❗️Vocalization like yowling or meowing constantly.

If you observe any of these symptoms, please bring your pet to the nearest Veterinary clinic. This is an emergency case as the complete urethral obstruction can cause ACUTE KIDNEY FAILURE and DEATH within 24 to 48 hours.
✅ Please take time to research about its prevention. Mainly about their diet and drinking and peeing behavior.
