Case formulation and intervention planning are two of the core competencies that mental health professionals should possess, as both case formulation and intervention planning are essential towards the delivery of an effective psychotherapy, counseling, or psychological intervention program. This one-day training program is designed to provide mental health professionals with the knowledge and skills in case formulation and intervention planning. It will include a discussion on the biopsychosocial model, the 4Ps of case conceptualization, the steps of case formulation, and using case formulation to guide intervention planning.

Last October 10, we joined the world in celebrating ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐น๐ฑ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐ 2025 โ a day that reminded us that caring for our mind is just as essential as caring for our body. ๐
This yearโs celebration found a home in one of our partner communities, the Angeles University Foundation โ Integrated School and Main Campus, where learning met reflection, and awareness grew through connection and play.
๐ชท Mental health mattersโin every age, every campus, and every classroom.
Students and educators from both campuses came together to celebrate through interactive booths and creative spaces that invited mindfulness, gratitude, and self-expression. Each activity became a quiet reminder to pause, to listen within, and to take small steps toward self-care.
