Isang makasaysayang hakbang sa larangan ng panggagamot sa puso ang naitala matapos maging unang ospital sa Central Luzon na magkaroon ng Rotational Atherectomy (ROTA) machine, at unang ospital sa Tarlac na makakuha ng advanced Avigo IVUS machine ang Tarlac Medical Center Heart and Vascular Institute.

Ayon sa pamunuan ng institusyon, ang mga makabagong kagamitang ito ay itinuturing na game-changer sa interventional cardiology, dahil nagbibigay-daan ang mga ito sa mas ligtas, mas episyente, at mas komplikadong coronary procedures—lalo na para sa mga pasyenteng may matitinding at makakapal na calcified coronary blockages.

Ang Rotational Atherectomy (RA) ay isang advanced PCI technique na gumagamit ng high-speed, diamond-coated burr upang durugin at pamahalaan ang matitigas na bara sa ugat ng puso. Dahil dito, mas nagiging posible ang maayos na paglalagay at pag-expand ng stent—isang hakbang na makabuluhang nagpapabuti sa resulta ng gamutan at nagbubukas ng pagkakataon sa mga life-saving interventions na dati’y halos imposible.

Lalong pinagtibay ang tagumpay na ito matapos matagumpay na maisagawa ang kauna-unahang Rotational Atherectomy sa Tarlac, na naglagay sa rehiyon ng Central Luzon sa unahan ng makabagong cardiac care sa bansa.

Pinuri at binigyang-parangal ang TarlacMed Heart and Vascular Institute, ang CV-Lab Team (Team Puyat), at si Dr. Bryan Toledano sa pangunguna sa makasaysayang procedure na ito—isang patunay ng husay, dedikasyon, at malasakit sa buhay ng bawat pasyente.

Sa bagong kakayahang ito, inihayag ng Tarlac Medical Center na handa na itong tumugon sa mas komplikadong coronary cases, na may iisang layunin: mas maraming buhay ang mailigtas, mas dekalidad na serbisyong medikal ang maihatid.

Isang bagong yugto ang nagsimula para sa cardiac care sa Tarlac—kung saan ang bawat tibok ng puso ay may mas malaking pag-asa.

Our laboratory is located at the 2nd floor, Toledano Medical Clinic and Dialysis Center, Lazatin Blvd., San Fernando Pampanga. We are OPEN Monday to Saturday, 6AM-3PM.
