Are you an organized and proactive professional with a passion for managing assets and ensuring seamless operations? We are looking for a Property and Fleet Officer to take charge of our company’s fixed assets, office supplies, facilities, and vehicles—from acquisition to disposal.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the end-to-end management of company assets and fleet, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of office equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
• Manage facility operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and assets are properly tracked.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring all are in top condition and up to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure their asset needs are met.
What We’re Looking For:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Proven experience in property and fleet management.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of asset management software is a plus.
