For Dental:
Policies for patients With appointments
1. Please be at the clinic 5-10 minutes prior to the appointment schedule
2. Confirmation of advance appointments would be 1-3 days prior to the scheduled date via text/call/messenger.
3. Non-confirmation of the appointment would waive the appointment.
4. Grace period is within 15 minutes
5. Late patients would be considered walk-in patients
6. The clinic can cancel/re-schedule the said appointment if the patient is late and will greatly affect the schedule for the rest if the day.
7. Downpayment may be required prior to rescheduling of a failed appointment for the following situations:
- patients that are continuously/consistently fail to attend the appointment/s or patients that will immediately/on the spot cancel their appointments
- procedures that will require longer period of time (braces, crowns/bridges, surgeries, whitening)
- patients that will cancel their appointment and are in a group
*Downpayments are consumable and deductible but are not refundable and not transferrable
8. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable
Policies for Walk-in Patients
1. Walk-in patients are accepted but scheduled patients are priority.
2. First come - first serve basis, walk in patients must be present at the coinic or if not possible, walk ins can leave their active contsct number and will be just called if accommodation is possible
3. Walk in patients can stay inside the clinic
4. Cut off for walk in patients is 3pm, the management will decide if walk ins can still be accepted if time allows
5. If in the event that the clinic cannot accommodate listed walk in patients, the clinic will update the patients walk in patients if they want to continue the numbering for the next day or can opt for advance scheduling for other clinic days.
Policies for Braces patients
1. All braces patients will be given their freedom to choose their preferred date and time for the next monthβs adjustment
2. Failure to attend the said adjustment appointment, rescheduling is allowed only to the date that is possible
3. Braces patients can do walk in provided if they follow the policy for walk in
4. Rebracket/Cutting of excess wires can be done as long as time permits, scheduled patients are still priority
5. Patients requesting for transfer/Authorization letters needs to have atleast 12 adjustments on our clinic before they will be given the letter, or a fee would be required.
