Last April 30, 2026, the 8th Outcome-Based Researcher Adapted Skills (OBRAS) Training Workshop culminated in the highly anticipated Research Proposal Presentation Contest 2026, showcasing the dedication, innovation, and scientific rigor of participating healthcare professionals and researchers. The event served as a platform for aspiring researchers to present evidence-based proposals addressing relevant clinical and public health concerns, reinforcing the importance of research in improving patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.
After a thorough evaluation by the panel of judges: Dr. Misael C. Cruz, Dr. Karla Shayne D. Feliciano and Dr. Angelita B. Ramos, the following participants emerged as this year’s winners:
1st Place:
