Sometimes, we all need a safe space to talk, listen, and recharge.

This World Mental Health Day (October 10, Friday, 2025), we want to make sure you have it. We're launching FREE Remote Mental Health Psychosocial Support Services (RMHPSS) via chat, exclusively for our DOLE R03 family!

When & Where You Can Find Us:

Date: October 10, Friday 2025

Time: 8:00 AM all the way until 5:00 PM

Location: Right here on the DOLE R03 Mental Health Responders page.

Our five (5) dedicated Mental Health Support Responders (MHRs) are ready to offer a non-judgmental ear and confidential, compassionate support whenever you need it most.

Your well-being truly matters. Please take time to have a 20-minute mental health break.

Our page is now open, DOLE RO3 employees can now message us here from Mondays to Fridays, 8am to 5pm except Holidays.
And we will try to respond the soonest we can.

What to expect:
1. After your message , an auto reply will be sent where you will be asked to answer our client intake form

2. Pls answer our intake form as honest as you can, this will help us assess your Mental Health needs better

3. You can choose from the five of us Mental Health Responders :

To conduct an hour of psychosocial support session with you. Pls expect a follow through session with us depending on your need.

NOTE: Pls know that our session is not in any way a replacement for counseling or psychotherapy sessions. We will refer you as needed.

4. Pls expect a direct message from us via this page the soonest we can for the schedule of your session. Please know that all discussions with be dealt with the highest confidentiality.
