Pinaaalalahanan ng LTO ang publiko na huwag tumangkilik ng mga indibidwal o social media pages na nag-aalok na mapadali ang transaksyon sa LTO. Hindi po awtorisado ng LTO ang mga ganitong online transactions.

Kasalukuyan pong ini-imbestigahan ng LTO ang mga indibidwal na ito, pati na rin ang mga tumangkilik sa ganitong serbisyo upang malapatan ng naaayong sakdal na kriminal, sibil at administratibo.

Gaya po ng nauna nang inanunsyo, TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED ang mga transaksyon sa LTO dahil sa implementasyon ng Enhanced Community Quarantine na ipinatutupad ngayon upang masugpo ang COVID-19 pandemic, at hanggang sa payagan na ang pagbalik ng paggawa. Kaya nga ba, ang lahat ng lisensya, mga permit at registration ng sasakyan na nag-expire sa loob ng nasabing panahon ay mananatiling VALID. Magpapalabas ng mga naaayong panuntunan at schedule ang ahensyang ito para sa impormasyon ng lahat.

ALAM MO BA?

1. WALANG PENALTY para sa mga late registration ng mga sasakyan at sa renewal ng lisensya ng driver na mag-e-expire habang ipinatutupad ang Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ). Sa NCR, simula ito ng ika-13 ng Marso 2020; at

2. EXTENDED ang validity ng Student Permit para sa pag-a-apply ng driver's license habang may ECQ.

Dahil sa Extended community quarantine ng buong Luzon, SARADO po ang mga LTO offices simula ngayon hanggang April 12 2020. Salamat po!

In light of the announcement of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte declaring an Enhanced Community Quarantine for the entire Luzon, LTO OPERATIONS for the area are SUSPENDED starting tomorrow, 17 March 2020 until 13 April 2020.

For Visayas and Mindanao, LTO will provide full services unless the LGU has declared Community Quarantine in a certain area. In this case, operations are suspended.

15 Hours Seminar Mandatory before issusance of Student Drivers License, effective April 6, 2020.

+8 Hour practical driving lessons to be supervised by the LTO, before the non-professional drivers licence will be issued.

Following the Memorandum Circular 2019-2176 issued December last year.

LTO will now requireprospective student drivers to attend a mandatory15-hour driving course starting April 2020.

To avoid short-cuts on the procedure, LTO will install automated logbook and CCTV cameras in accredited driving schools to ensure applicants have endergone driving lessons.

FYI: A 15 hour driving seminar will be required (target date: April 2020) for those who will be applying a Student Permit Drivers License.

The new requirement hopes to lessen road accidents and traffic.
