PATIENTS SHOULD DO THE FOLLOWING:

-Consult and be listed in the nearest Iloilo provincial and district hospitals.
-Initial screening will be done in the preferred hospital on May 27 - June 2, 2024.
-Bring results to IPH on June 4-5, 2024 for final clearance of the World Surgical Foundation Philippines, Inc.
-There will be a chance for deferral if patient shows abnormal laboratory finding/s and results.

Only those pre-listed at the hospital management office shall be eligible to avail of the surgery.
