🩺 When should mommy return for check-up?
✅ Within 24–48 hours after delivery
✅ After 1 week
✅ After 6 weeks

Regular postnatal visits help monitor healing, prevent infection, and ensure successful breastfeeding.

🚨 Watch for these WARNING SIGNS:
⚠️ Heavy vaginal bleeding
⚠️ Fever or chills
⚠️ Severe abdominal or wound pain
⚠️ Breast pain, redness, or swelling
