Look, seeing him again doesn't mean the timing is finally right. Sometimes it just means you're both still stuck in the same place.

I know you don't want to hear that. Especially because he apologized, right? He said he wasn't ready before, he acknowledged he messed up, and now he's back. So of course you're sitting here wondering if things are actually different this time.

But sis, let me ask you something.

Are YOU different? Or are you just hoping that HE is?

Because here's what I see happening... you ran into him again, or maybe he texted after months of silence, and suddenly all those old feelings came rushing back. Now you're back in that same spiral. You're analyzing every word, wondering if this is a sign, asking yourself "what if it works this time?"

But what has actually changed?

Sa ilang taon naming ginagawa to, ito talaga ung number 1 question.

“Mahal pa ba nya ako?”

I get it. And I feel for these clients. I can see how much emotional energy they’re carrying just trying to answer that one question.

Because when you’re inside the relationship, yun talaga yung pinaka-importanteng tanong.
