I still remember the day I first learned about the Dorn Method, a specialized spinal alignment technique. Three years ago, I was simply curious and never would have imagined that it would become my go-to therapy to help my clients.

But now, I just cannot believe how fortunate I am to have acquired this skill. The Dorn Method truly has a knack for effectively treating spinal issues in a safe and non-invasive manner. It has become an essential part of my practice, helping me to provide relief and improve the well-being of my clients through proper spine alignment.

It's amazing how something I learned for my own curiosity has turned into such a valuable tool in my hands. I am truly grateful for the Dorn Method and the positive impact it has had on my clients.

As a Spa Manager, the first thing that she/he need to establish within the group is **Teamwork/Unity**.

WHY?
1. Foundation of Trust: Building a sense of teamwork fosters trust among staff members, which is essential for a harmonious workplace.

2. Collaboration: A united team collaborates better, leading to improved service delivery and a more enjoyable experience for both staff and clients.

3. Morale and Motivation: Encouraging a sense of unity can boost morale and motivation, leading to higher productivity and employee satisfaction.

4. Communication: Establishing a culture of teamwork enhances communication, making it easier to implement rules, regulations, and training programs effectively later on.

Once teamwork and unity are established, the Spa Manager can then focus on creating rules and regulations and providing training services, as these will be more effectively received and adhered to within a cohesive team. environment.

BIMT was founded in response to the growing demand of highly skilled massage therapy professionals. We designed the program to be a well -rounded program to enable a student to learn all the basic and advance knowledge about massage therapy and other health & beauty program.

BIMT Wellness Institute represents a Training system unlike any other. We are a group of highly trained professionals and support personnel dedicated to providing each and every one of our students with “incredible, outstanding,and unbelievable level of training.” In short, we are training obsessed.
