Captured this powerful moment right after her heart surgery. When she finally opened her eyes, tears began to fall, tears that carried every prayer whispered, every fear faced, every hope held onto by her and her family. Those teary eyes spoke of a new chance at life, a fresh beginning, a healthy with happy heart, a miracle answered!

Behind this moment are sleepless nights of worry, silent prayers of parents who only wished to see their child breathe and smile again, and the unending courage of a heart warrior who fought through the hardest battle of her young life.
