On December 15, 2025, the PDA City of San Jose del Monte Chapter successfully conducted a comprehensive event combining the General Assembly, Election of Officers, 3rd Scientific Seminar, and Christmas Party at the Activity Center, Motorpool, Sapang Palay, CSJDM.
The activity commenced with registration followed by a Thanksgiving Mass, setting a reflective and grateful atmosphere. This was followed by the presentation of candidates led by the OIC COMELEC, Dr. Queenie Jane B. De Guzman, and the official election of officers for the incoming term.

The formal program included opening ceremonies, welcome remarks from the Chapter President and President’s report, ensuring transparency and accountability within the organization.

A highlight of the event was the scientific seminar on Health and Wellness Awareness delivered by Dr. Jenny Romero, Past President of the Laguna Dental Chapter. The lecture provided valuable insights promoting holistic health and professional well-being among members.

Certificates and tokens of appreciation were awarded, followed by the proclamation and presentation of newly elected officers.
The event concluded with a festive Christmas fellowship, where members enjoyed games, bonding activities, and the much-anticipated iPhone grand raffle, which added excitement and strengthened camaraderie.

Overall, the activity successfully integrated leadership transition, professional growth, and fellowship, contributing to the continued development and unity of the PDA CSJDM Chapter.

December Board Meeting and Fellowship

On December 4, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, the PDA City of San Jose del Monte Chapter held its December Board Meeting at Dory’s Restaurant, CSJDM, Bulacan.
The meeting gathered chapter officers and board members to discuss important updates, evaluate ongoing programs, and plan future activities. The program began with an opening prayer, followed by the call to order and roll call. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and approved.
The President’s Report and committee reports were presented, highlighting accomplishments and ongoing initiatives. Matters under old and new business were discussed, ensuring alignment among officers regarding upcoming plans. An open forum was conducted to allow members to share insights and suggestions.
After the formal meeting, a short fellowship gathering was held, fostering camaraderie and strengthening relationships among officers. This created a positive and collaborative environment within the chapter.
Overall, the activity was productive and contributed to effective leadership coordination and organizational development of the PDA CSJDM Chapter.

10th Dentist Hour (PDA Eco-Dentistry 2025 Initiative)

On December 3, 2025, from 12:00 NN to 1:00 PM, the PDA City of San Jose del Monte Chapter joined the 10th Dentist Hour, a nationwide environmental initiative of the Philippine Dental Association.

Participation was open to all officers and members of the chapter, allowing them to engage in the activity within their respective clinics. During the designated hour, members implemented eco-friendly practices such as reducing energy consumption, setting air-conditioning units to 25°C, and promoting awareness on sustainability.

To ensure compliance and proper documentation, participants submitted timestamped photos indicating the time and location of their participation. The photos included in this report were taken at Me and MY DENTIST Oral Medical Clinic as part of the chapter’s active involvement.

This activity highlighted the importance of collective action in addressing environmental concerns. Through simple yet meaningful practices, the chapter demonstrated its commitment not only to oral health but also to environmental stewardship and sustainability.

International Day of Persons with Disability

On December 3, 2025, the PDA City of San Jose del Monte Chapter conducted a community outreach program in celebration of the International Day of Persons with Disability at Sarmiento Homes HOA Covered Court, Muzon Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan.
The program formally began with an invocation led by Dr. Sally S. Roma, followed by the opening remarks of Chapter President Dr. Elaine B. Trajano-Velasquez, who emphasized the importance of inclusivity and equitable access to oral healthcare services. The program was facilitated by Dr. Ava Obias as the emcee.
Following the opening program, dental consultation and examination services were provided to approximately 50 PWD beneficiaries. The activity ensured that participants received proper oral health assessment, education, and preventive care guidance.
The program also included the distribution of small tokens to beneficiaries, adding a meaningful and compassionate touch to the outreach. Certificates were awarded in recognition of participation and support, led by Dr. Elaine B. Trajano-Velasquez, together with VP1 and Project Chair Dr. Veronica D.G. Malapaya, and BOT Member and Co-Chair Dr. Sally S. Roma.
The activity concluded with closing remarks from President-Elect Dr. Balbina G. Estola, reinforcing the chapter’s dedication to community service.
Overall, the outreach program successfully highlighted the importance of inclusive healthcare and demonstrated the PDA CSJDM Chapter’s unwavering commitment to serving all sectors of the community, especially Persons with Disability.

64th PDA House of Delegates Midyear Session
& Fellowship Night

On December 1–2, 2025, the PDA City of San Jose del Monte Chapter participated in the 64th House of Delegates (HOD) Midyear Session held at Bai Hotel, Mandaue City, Cebu. The chapter was officially represented by Dr. Elaine B. Trajano as Chief Delegate, together with Dr. Balbina G. Estola as Alternate Delegate.

The HOD session serves as the legislative and policy-making body of the Philippine Dental Association, where key issues, updates, and resolutions concerning the dental profession are discussed. With the theme “Intensifying Professionalism Through Legislation 3.0,” the session emphasized the importance of strengthening professional standards through policy development and governance.
During the event, the delegates actively participated in discussions and deliberations, ensuring that the interests and concerns of the PDA City of San Jose del Monte Chapter were properly represented. The activity provided an avenue for learning, collaboration, and alignment with national directives.

On December 2, 2025, the official HOD certification was awarded, recognizing the delegates’ participation and role in the session. In addition, the PDA Christmas Party and Fellowship Night were held, fostering unity, camaraderie, and stronger professional relationships among PDA members from different regions.

Overall, the activity enhanced the leadership role of the chapter at the national level and reinforced its commitment to professionalism, governance, and continuous development in the dental field.
