We disabled online appointments and reservations for now as we are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS .

Wala po kaming palista at hindi po kami nagbibigay o magbibigay ng number kung hindi po kasama ang pasyente nyo. At kung nakakuha na po kayo ng number at umalis kayo at natawag na ang number nyo ay ang susunod na number na ang aming iaccommodate at maghihintay kayo na ulitin na matawag ang number nyo.

Kindly get your queue number at Healthpoint Pharmacy then WAIT outside the clinic for your number to be called and PLEASE REFRAIN from knocking, opening or pulling our clinic doors and just wait for your turn or for your number to be called.

Face masks are ALWAYS required prior to entering the clinic.

Ang clinic po ay para sa mga NON URGENT AT NON EMERGENT cases kaya kung tingin nyo ay agad na dapat matingnan ang mga anak nyo lalo ito ay nanghihina, s**a ng s**a, nagtatae, etc.ay maari nyo po dalhin agad sa pinakamalapit na EMERGENCY ROOM ng anumang hospital para mabigyan ng agarang medical na atensyon.

May mga PAUNAWA po kami na nakadikit sa pinto ng clinic, PAKIUSAP din po na maaring PAKIBASA din.
