Result of an augmentation rhinoplasty with an implant on the nose bridge done by Dr. Raul Guanzon from Metro Manila, Philippines.

The nose bridge and the dorsum are generally the same part of the nose, but "dorsum" is the more precise anatomical term for the top surface of the nose, extending from the radix (between the eyes) to the tip. While "bridge" refers to the visible prominence and structure, "dorsum" is a more formal, medical term encompassing the entire length of this external bony and cartilaginous structure.
