Case of implant-related skin complication
This patient presented with severe nasal skin changes and thinning due to a previous augmentation rhinoplasty. The top photo shows pre-revision findings, including skin inflammation, compromised blood supply, and contour deformity.
✅ A revision surgery was performed to remove the problematic implant and reconstruct the nasal framework with better support and skin preservation. Bottom photo shows early postoperative healing.
