"More Than a Professional Service — A Personal Devotion to Care"
A few days ago, we received an urgent call from a household caregiver. One of our beloved residents had suffered a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure and was nearing death.
Without delay, our team coordinated emergency assistance, reaching out to the nearest hospital, the local NDRRMO ambulance service, and the barangay for immediate support. Despite everyone's swift response, the resident passed away just as emergency personnel arrived. He was 95 years old, alone in his unit, with only his dedicated caregiver by his side.
Following communication with his family abroad via videoconference, The team coordinated with Arlington Funeral Services respectfully transported his remains and began the necessary arrangements.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our entire administrative team for their professionalism, urgency, and compassion in handling this difficult situation. The family has also expressed their deep gratitude for the care, respect, and dignity shown to their loved one in his final moments.
