-Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages.
-Handling basic bookkeeping tasks.

-Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives.

Job Qualifications

-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

Job Description

-Provide accounting and clerical support to the Accounting Department
-Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
-Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
-Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
-Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database

Job Qualifications

-Proven Accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable clerk or Accounts Payable clerk
-Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
-Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
-Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports

-Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
-Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
-Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
-Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
-Generate government mandated benefits like SSS, PHIC, HDMF

Job Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
-Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
