Last August 8, 2025, the Foundation for the Development of Agusanon, Inc. together with our valued partners, officially signed the Memorandum of Agreement and launched the Hapag-Asa Integrated Nutrition Development Program in Barangay Doña Flavia and Barangay Nuevo Trabajo.

This program aims to address malnutrition and promote healthier, stronger communities through supplementary feeding initiatives, nutrition education, and community empowerment.

We are deeply grateful to our barangay officials, health workers, community leaders, and dedicated volunteers who joined us on this special day. Your commitment is the heartbeat of this mission. ❤️

SAN LUIS, AGUSAN DEL SUR – The Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) successfully unfolded at Barangay Poblacion last August 5, 2025, bringing together the local government, partner agencies, and community members in a united effort to promote peace, development, and good governance. The activity served as a venue for addressing community concerns, strengthening government presence, and delivering various basic services directly to the residents. It highlighted the commitment of the Municipal Government of San Luis, together with the Barangay Council and line agencies, in fostering inclusive growth and building resilient, self-reliant communities. The event not only provided immediate interventions but also reinforced the spirit of cooperation and bayanihan, ensuring that every household feels the support and care of the government towards a safer, healthier, and more progressive Barangay Poblacion.

This activity served as a platform to listen to the concerns of the residents, align local priorities with government programs, and promote sustainable peace and development in the area. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated Barangay Council of Sta. Ines for their unwavering support, active participation, and strong collaboration that greatly contributed to the success of this initiative.

This joint effort underscores the commitment of both health and disaster response sectors to promoting community awareness, preparedness, and resilience in the face of emergencies and calamities. By working hand in hand, the Primary Care Facility and MDRRMO aim to strengthen local capacity, ensure timely response, and foster a culture of safety and resilience among the people of San Luis.

July 16, 2025, Barangay San Pedro,San Luis,Agusan del Sur proudly hosted a successful Blood Donation Drive and Nutrition Month Celebration, highlighting the importance of saving lives and promoting healthy lifestyles in the community. The event was made possible through the collective efforts of the Local Government Unit-San Luis , Municipal Health Office and Philippine Redcross together with the Doctors to the Barrios (DTTB) with the leadership and dedication of Dr. Alvin Jay D. Labella, who continues to be a driving force in advancing primary healthcare at the grassroots level.

This meaningful initiative not only encouraged voluntary blood donation to help those in need but also raised awareness on proper nutrition as part of the Nutrition Month campaign. Various health education activities were conducted to empower residents with knowledge on healthy eating, disease prevention,community wellness and other health services such as:
