Bringing therapy into your home doesn’t have to feel like homework—it can be 𝐅𝐔𝐍 and engaging for your child! 🏃‍♂️💪

A simple DIY Obstacle Course is a creative way to continue building 𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬, 𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞.

You can use everyday items like pillows, chairs, hula hoops, or masking tape to create a safe and exciting path. Encourage your child to jump, crawl, climb, or step over different obstacles. Not only will this keep them active, but it also helps reinforce skills they’re learning during their therapy sessions.
