This Christmas Day, CV Health Care Physical Therapy, Oksharp Grill and Farmacia Galapon, humbly joined the outreach and gift-giving activity.

We are deeply grateful to Parola Santuwaryo Inc. for allowing us to be part of this noble cause. It was a privilege to stand alongside them in their mission, spreading joy and hope to women and children who deserve love, dignity, and brighter tomorrows. Through this activity, we were reminded of the power of compassion in bringing light to even the darkest situations.

May this celebration inspire all of us to continue spreading joy and love not just during the holidays but every day of the year, especially to those who really need us the most.

I. BACKGROUND

It is the policy of the State to promote and protect the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them. In the implementation of the foregoing policy, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act (RA) No. 3720, as amended by Executive Order (EO) No. 175 and further amended by RA No. 9711, is mandated to adopt measures to ensure pure, safe, efficacious and good quality drugs and devices in the country, and the rational use of drugs and devices, such as, but not limited to, banning, recalling or withdrawing from the market drugs and devices which are not registered, unsafe, inefficacious or of doubtful therapeutic value.
