We are now fully-operational in the same building ( In front of San Pablo Colleges Medical Center) However, due to the road widening project we limit our schedule to one (1) patient per appointment. Kindly message us for your preferred schedule ahead of time.

Maaari pong makakuha ng PWD ID ang mga may problema sa pandinig. Kailangan niyo lang po ng Recent Hearing Test Result at Medical Certificate.

Sino nga ba ang mga puwedeng mag-apply para sa PWD ID ayon sa R.A. 7277? Basahin ang ilan sa mga ito at ibahagi para sa kaalaman ng iba!

In accordance with the IATF Guidelines, our clinic will only accept patients with prior appointment from August 6 to 15, 2021. We can also provide home-service hearing test and hearing aid fitting.
