We would like to congratulate everyone who took the board exam for showing their hard work in reviewing, their patience in waiting for the results, and their dedication to achieving their long-awaited dream.

As mentioned in the video, everything begins with expectations and ambition, which can create academic pressureโ€”sparking either motivation or, at times, leading to feelings of depression. It can sometimes feel like an exhausting cycle. Even so, having different support systems can remind you that you're not alone in facing life's challenges.
