Good News para sa ating mga ka-barangay at karatig barangay! 🩺💉

Kayo ay malugod na iniimbitahan sa Medical Mission and Vaccination na gaganapin sa San Gabriel Multi-Purpose Court.

When- July 20,2024 (Saturday)
Time- 7am-12noon

For Check ups- can accomodate 150 pax

For HPV Vaccine/ Qualification:
-Must be 9 to 26 years old
-Walang kahit anong sakit na nararamdaman o walang lagnat, sipon at ubo

For Pneumococcal:
-35yrs old pataas
-Walang ubo, lagnat o pananakit ng katawan sa mismong araw ng Vaccine

Maaring magpalista sa Brgy San Gabriel.
Hanapin si Brgy. Secretary Marina Balverde, Clerk Thess, at Admin Assistant Michelle.
Ang pagpapalista ay:
-8am-5pm (Monday to Friday)
-Starting tomorrow, July 11, 2024

Ang pasyente ay maari lamang makapamili kung Check up or Vaccine para marami ang mabigyan ng oportunidad na makapagpa-check up o bakuna rin.
