Latest reporting from the CDC shows this year’s flu season is the deadliest non-pandemic flu season for U.S. children. 216 children have died. This number passed last year’s flu season, which set a previous high for a non-pandemic season with 207 pediatric deaths. Even with seasonal flu activity declining since its February peak, AAP and CDC recommend everyone six months and older get vaccinated against the flu. 💉🐶 😽RABIES VACCINE is now routine!

Due to the high burden of rabies, experts recommend adding it to children's routine immunizations.

Children aged 2-10 require 2 doses on days 0 and 7. Older patients should follow catch-up immunization.
