With 19 years of teaching experience in Kuwait, Sheila is a certified, passionate fitness professional specializing in group classes, personal training, and Pilates. She has trained VIPs, professionals, and everyday champions, guiding them towards strength, balance, and better health.

She holds multiple international certifications:
• STOTT Pilates: Trained in Mat-Plus, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Ladder Barrel (2009) under Ms. Vivian Zapanta, an internationally recognized STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer
• Les Mills CXWORX & GEL – Certified by MEFITPRO Dubai
• Zumba (ZIN) – Basic, Level 2, Aqua Zumba
• Masala Bhangra – Ambassador Training
• Cross Gym/HIIT – Strength & Endurance Training
• CYT Yoga Teacher – Urban Ashram Manila

In Kuwait, she taught diverse classes such as Zumba, Aero Kickboxing, Belly Dance, Step, Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and Body Sculpt, in addition to providing personal training (gym/home/virtual). Sheila enjoyed working with people from all walks of life, especially those seeking transformation. 🤸🏻‍♀️

Meet Em! Her journey began with gentle jogs—moments of tranquility amid the beautiful chaos of motherhood, homemaking, and managing her micro businesses. From home workouts to gym sessions, and the excitement of tennis training, movement became her sanctuary, her source of energy, her passion. Then, Pilates extended its invitation—and everything changed. It encouraged her to slow down in the most positive way. It taught her to move with purpose, breathe deeply, and truly listen to her body. She fell head over heels.
Now, having completed her in-house training at Haus of Piyo, Em is eager to teach and share that love with others. Expect a blend of mindful movement, encouragement, and plenty of room to grow. Join Em, progress at your own pace, and discover the strength you never knew you had. 💪🏻🤍

Meet Aira! 🧚‍♀️ She has been sporty and athletic from a young age, and over the years, she’s tried it all—spinning, running, weightlifting, CrossFit, swimming, and more! As a dedicated fitness lover, she is continually attracted to movements that challenge both the body and the mind. During her college years, she was introduced to Pilates which unveiled a new realm of movement for her. Its complexity, emphasis on control, and focus on the mind-body connection provided a refreshing experience. Pilates has not only aided her recovery but also improved her overall movement and sense of stability.
Now, Aira aspires to share this enriching experience, helping the explore the joy of movement and regain a connection with their bodies through Pilates. ❤️
