The difference between the Poor and the Wealthy is not just the number in the bank account.
It is the Reward Mechanism.
Watch how a poor man celebrates a win.
He works a hard week.
He finishes a project.
He goes to the gym.
And then he says the most dangerous phrase in the English language:
"I deserve a treat."
So he eats a pizza, wings, breadsticks, fried chicken, ice cream.
He binge-watches TV for 6 hours.
He has a few drinks.
He rewards his "Production" with "Destruction."
He celebrates taking one step forward by taking two steps back.
This is a Pavlovian trap.
The System has trained you to associate "Success" with "Sedation."
They convinced you that the prize for being good is permission to be bad.
Now look at the Rich man (the Sovereign).
He does not view his body as a rental car to be trashed on the weekend.
He views his body as The Asset.
To him, junk food is not a "treat."
It is a Performance Tax.
It steals energy from tomorrow.
It fogs the brain.
It slows the momentum.
Why would you celebrate winning the race by shooting yourself in the foot?
If your version of "Self-Love" is poisoning your biology and rotting your mind with cheap dopamine...
You don't love yourself.
You hate your reality, and you are using the "treat" to escape it.
The Sovereign rewards himself with Power, not Poison.
He rewards hard work with a sauna, a steak, deep sleep, or silence.
Things that compound the gains, not erase them.
Stop rewarding yourself with junk.
That isn't a treat.
It’s self-sabotage.
