🧭 EARTHQUAKE DRILL & SAFETY GUIDE
🏡 FOR HOUSEHOLD (Family Safety)
1. Before the Earthquake (Preparation)
• 🧯 Secure heavy objects mount shelves, mirrors, frames, and appliances to walls.
• 💼 Prepare a Go-Bag with: flashlight, bottled water, canned food, first aid kit, whistle, power bank, medicine, and copies of IDs.
• 🚪 Plan exit routes and agree on a meeting spot outside the house (like your front gate or driveway).
• 📞 Teach Luna how to recognize safe spots (under strong tables or beside interior walls) and how to “duck, cover, and hold.”
2. During the Earthquake
• 🧍♀️ Stay calm Duck, Cover, and Hold On!
• Duck under a sturdy table or desk.
• Cover your head and neck.
• Hold on until shaking stops.
• 🪟 Stay away from windows, mirrors, and hanging lights.
• 🚪 If inside, don’t run outside during shaking. Wait until it stops.
3. After the Earthquake
• ⚡ Turn off gas, electricity, and water valves to prevent fire or leaks.
• 🚶♀️ Evacuate calmly and head to your pre-agreed meeting area.
• 📻 Listen to news updates via radio or phone (keep battery charged).
• 🩹 Check for injuries before helping others.

1. Before an Earthquake
• 🔌 Secure kitchen equipment: ovens, chillers, shelves, and gas tanks should be firmly anchored or chained.
• 🚒 Train staff on where emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are located.
• 📋 Post an evacuation map near the counter and kitchen area.
• 📞 Assign team roles for example:
• Chef Alex: Gas and power shut-off.
• Staff 1: Assist customers to safe area.
• Staff 2: Bring first aid kit and Go-bag.
2. During the Earthquake
• 🧍♀️ Staff should guide customers calmly:
• Tell everyone to “Duck, Cover, and Hold On” under sturdy tables or counters.
• Keep away from glass walls, mirrors, and hanging lights.
• 🚪 Do not rush outside during strong shaking exit only once it’s safe.
• 🔥 Avoid using open flames or kitchen stoves until all is clear.
3. After the Earthquake
