In celebration of World Teachers’ Day, the PLSP Chorale had the honor of performing two intermission numbers — “𝘉𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘞𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘨 𝘕𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨” and “𝘒𝘳𝘶𝘩𝘢𝘺” (“Long Live”) — during the University’s Teacher’s Day Celebration held at the PLSP Library.

In deep appreciation of our educators’ dedication and passion, we offered these performances as a simple tribute to their unwavering commitment to shaping minds and inspiring futures.

Yesterday, October 10, at the SPC Multi-Purpose Convention Center, we, the PLSP Chorale, proudly join the celebration of our City Mayor, Hon. Arcadio "Najie" B. Gapangada's ika-100 na araw ng Pagbabago at Pagasa, a milestone that reflects true leadership through service and unity. Like music, our voices come together in harmony to perform and serve the community.

With every note we sing, we uplift hopes and inspire change, creating a powerful voice that echoes the spirit of progress and togetherness. Through our performance, we honor the promise of a brighter future for all.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our music and be part of this meaningful celebration. This is our gift and commitment, using music to unite, serve, and celebrate the journey of Pagbabago at Pagasa.

The harmony of excellence continues!

The PLSP Chorale showcased their talent and pride as they graced both the Opening Program last October 8, 2025, and the Exit Conference held today, October 10, 2025, for the ALCUCOA Accreditation Visit. Their heartfelt performances filled the halls with harmony, symbolizing the unity and dedication of the Pamantasan community in its pursuit of excellence.

Despite their academic responsibilities, these student-artists continue to serve the university with passion and commitment, using their voices to represent PLSP with pride and embody the spirit of service and excellence that defines the Pamantasan. ✨💛

Yesterday, October 3, the PLSP Chorale opened its doors for the face-to-face auditions of our performing members, a moment that marks the beginning of new harmonies and stronger voices joining our family. These auditions go beyond discovering talent; they are about finding the voices that will carry our songs, enrich our harmony, and continue the legacy of music we share together.

The PLSP Chorale was grateful to lend our voices at the Stakeholders’ Conference held at the San Pablo City Hotel, the initial gathering in preparation for the upcoming University accreditation. Focused on growth and progress, this gatghering served as a step toward shaping PLSP’s path for the years ahead.

We aree grateful to have shared our music and added a touch of warmth to the program, hoping our performances made the occasion even more memorable as PLSP continues its journey toward growth and excellence.

We are excited to announce that the PLSP Chorale auditions are officially open! Become one of our basses, tenors, altos, and sopranos and share your talents by serving, performing, and harmonizing with others. Whether you are an experienced vocalist or new to singing, you are welcome here. Join us and grow in musicality, service, and collaboration!

- Applicants must be a bona fide student of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo for the first semester of the academic year 2025-2026.
- Candidates should demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and willingness to commit to the organization.
- Applicants must have basic singing ability and the desire to develop their talent through participation.

- Choose one English song that resonates with you and one Tagalog song that highlights your range.

𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗦
- All online submissions will undergo review by the Musical Director. Videos with auto-tuning, enhancements, or heavy edits will be disqualified. Your voice should be natural and clear.
- All qualified applicants (online or f2f) will then undergo a live tonal assessment with the Musical Director to showcase range and skills.
- Successful auditionees will enter an 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 (1 week to 1 month), after which outstanding candidates will be formally invited to join PLSP Chorale as official members.
