Evangelista Medical Specialty Hospital

Evangelista Medical Specialty Hospital The Official page of Evangelista Medical Specialty Hospital (EMSH). By 2005, EMSH's bed capacity has doubled as 3floors were added.

The hospital was first established as a 1-storey building on October 14, 1992 and was initially named as Evangelista Center for Maternal and Child Care (ECMCC). Within a year, a second floor was added, and soon the need for other specialists was evident as patients other than mothers and children availed of its unique services. On June 30, 1995 the ECMCC name was formally changed to Evangelista Me

dical Specialty Hospital (EMSH) with services in Internal Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics-Neonatology and Obstetrics-Gynecology. Since then, focus has been on the Company Mission Vision and putting to heart the EMSH Priority Mix. Making its mark on the community was EMSH's Home Visitation Program where follow-up care is rendered by select EMSH nurses to post-op and complicated discharged patients. The EMSH Home Visits continue to this day and is a valuable tool for evaluating and insuring patient satisfaction. That same year, Philhealth’s Benchbook on standards was adopted, complementing its mission vision and priority mix. In 2012 a new building was finished and connected to the existing structure increasing EMSH’s bed capacity, services and outpatient clinic offices for its growing roster of consultant specialists.
