STRONG LEADERSHIP FOR A HEALTHIER SAN RAFAEL

The Municipality of San Rafael, through the Municipal Health Office, proudly joins the Executive Course on Leadership and Governance in To***co Control held on October 7–10, 2025, at Park Inn by Radisson, Iloilo City.

Representing our municipality is Vice Mayor Roberto Belleza Jr., who continues to make the health programs of San Rafael a top priority. This course, organized by the Ateneo School of Government, Department of Health, and Vital Strategies, equips local leaders with the knowledge and tools to strengthen governance and advance to***co control initiatives.

Department of Education (DepEd), Parents and Teachers Aasociation (PTA), Barangay Kapitan kaupod ang mga opisyales sang barangay kag Barangay Health Workers (BHWs), Daku gid ang amon pasalamat kay Ma'am Mila Jaca -Principal I sa pag baton nga mangin host sang aton Launching activity. Nangin memorable man ang programa tungod sang presinsya sang aton Municipal Mayor Roel T. Belleza nga nag anunsyar sa pag bukas kag umpisa sang aton School Based Immunization Program.
