VISION
The Laboratory Management of PATH360 DIAGNOSTIC CENTER AND MEDICAL CLINIC will strive to meet the requirements of our patients and clients on time, every time and in a cost effective way. It is the prime vision of this center to establish a quality clinical laboratory that is responsible for the promotion of health and prevention of illness, through early detection and reliable reporting of laboratory findings; and through promotion of standard procedures and quality technical performances. MISSION
We hope to achieve the following:
• Conduct examination and comply with the standard requirements set by the Bureau of Health Facilities and Services, which is the monitoring tool of the Department of Health and by other regulatory agencies.
• Actively participate in the formulation of standards, policies and procedures for better clinical programs for clients and/or patients; and for continual improvement of the laboratory.
• Serves as coordinator of patient follow-up and referral to other health related disciplines and resources for patients requiring additional needs. POLICY
