Qualifiers

ANNOUNCEMENT: CTU SAN REMIGIO EXTENSION ENROLLMENT QUALIFIERS FOR 2ND BATCH ‼

We have officially completed the selection of qualifiers for the 2nd batch applicants. If you are among those selected, please confirm your intent to enroll by following the steps below:

📌How to Confirm Your Interest in Enrolling at CTU Daanbantayan Campus – San Remigio Extension:
1. Go to the Admissions Portal: https://admission.ctu.edu.ph/application-form
2. Track your application using your CTU Tracking Code.
3. In your application profile, click “Confirm” to signify your interest in enrolling.
4. If you do not wish to proceed with enrollment, click “Decline”.

📅 Once Done Confirming, You May Proceed with Enrollment Starting Tomorrow, July 24, 2025.

📍REMINDERS:
• All documents must be placed inside a long-size brown envelope.
• Wear proper attire during enrollment (Avoid crop tops, tattered jeans, shorts, and any revealing clothing).

STUDENTS

Please be guided of the following Medical Requirements:
* For Enrollment qualifiers (1st year, Transferees, Returnees ONLY)
▪️Bring original copy of your medical requirements
▪️1 long clean brown envelope (no labels, or names written)

* All Students (all incoming 1st year and old students)
▪️Smart phone (provide a screenshot proving that you have completed the Online Health Assessment Form for 2025-2026 and present it to the School Clinic upon enrollment.

📢REMINDERS:
● Medical requirements should be secured from DOH-Accredited Medical Facilities.
● All medical requirements should not be more than 6 months from the date of examination/testing.
● In case of abnormal findings, the clinic may request additional medical requirements as deemed necessary.
● Make sure that all medical requirements are complete for smoother and faster transaction.
● Wearing of proper/appropriate attire during the enrollment period will be strictly observe.
