Flu can spread fast among children—but together, we can stop it! Here’s how parents and caregivers can keep kids healthy

1. Get Vaccinated 💉(annual flu vaccination is the BEST protection)
2. Practice Proper Hygiene 🧼💦
3. Teach Cough Etiquette 😷
4. Keep Sick Kids at Home 🤒
Monitor temperature and you may use cool patches for cooling relief if with fever.
5. If with nasal congestion, give saline sprays and alternatively, you may use anti-viral patches designed for kids to relieve stuffy noses and aid breathing
