The CT Ruiz Optical Clinic , focused in OPTOMETRY MEDICINE, clinically yields diagnoses and referrals not only on ocular diseases and visual challenges but also with patients having systemic ailments that are directly or indirectly affecting eye health condition. In this case presented below, the patient manifested exophthalmos,lagophthalmos, dry eye, transient tremors on extremities and even symptoms of anxiety which she never had an idea it would fall for a thyroid problem. Her vision and ocular symptomatologies were already addressed here at CT Ruiz Optical Clinic Claveria Branch. Meanwhile, the requesting Doctor was Doc Jerv, OD on duty.

Since the patient had very important matters to attend today, Oct. 26, which the IM Doctor, Dra. Bosing at Al-Salam Lab, would be available, I initially referred her to Dr. Donato, GP Doctor, on October 21.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to Mayor Abe Bagasin for his unwavering support and endorsement of this vital program. Too, our deepest appreciation goes to Dr. Vivien Cachapero, the Municipal Health Officer, whose entire team worked tirelessly to ensure the success of this initiative.
