Western Visayas Sanitarium and General Hospital (WVSGH)-Toxicology Specialty Center actively participated in the “Technical Updates on Policies and Standards on Chemical Events” held on June 2–6, 2025 at Park Inn, Bacolod City.

Dr. Armie S. Gutierrez served as one of the resource speakers while Mr. Joseph Arrius Sombong represented WVSGH-TSC as a participant in the capacity-building sessions.

This engagement highlights WVSGH’s continuing commitment to chemical safety, emergency preparedness, and alignment with DOH policies.
