Another patient of ours was given a chance to smile brighter by Operation Smile. The 2 y.o. Justine Guerreros of Bgy. Bunggo, Calamba, Laguna was successfully operated on his cleft lip for free on June 1, 2023.
Once again our immense gratitude to Dr Armando Sayao and to all the dedicated men and women of this benevolent organization; Chairman Abraham Fajardo of Bgy. Bunggo, who referred and supported Justine and his family.

One of our babies, Reign Angel Viloria from Kalayaan, Laguna was successfully operated on her cleft palate by the team of expert volunteers of Operation Smile on May 31, 2023 at Santa Ana Hospital.
Huge thanks to Operation Smile, Dr Armando Sayao for your dedication and advocacy to help patients born with cleft lip and cleft palate; Mayor Sandy Laganapan and Kalayaan LGU, Kalayaan RHU, headed by Dr Rica Paraiso and Nurse Edelane Ratac Acueza for your support to our patient.

On March 29, 2023 Operation Smile conducted screening of patients with cleft lip and cleft palate at Santa Ana Hospital. The patients who will pass the series of screenings will undergo free cleft lip/palate surgery.

SCLMS provided assistance to 10 patients and their relatives. Two have been scheduled for surgery. Others have been advised.

This the result of quarterly bloodletting conducted by the society from 2021 to 2023 with a collection of over 300 bags of blood.
