not perfect, but we gave it our all as psychology students. A huge thank you to everyone who made this seminar a success. We took a step towards breaking the stigma and raising awareness. Here's to learning, growing, and doing even better next time! 📚⚜️🫂

Through interactive activities, we encouraged teamwork, empathy, and a deeper understanding of mental well-being. A heartfelt thank you to the students of Excelsus Psychological Services and the incredible Multimedia Club for their invaluable support in making this initiative a success. Together, we’re shaping a future where mental health is acknowledged, understood, and prioritized.
