📣For incoming first-year students and transferees, one of the enrollment requirements is the result of a chest X-ray.

📌The chest X-ray must be done within the last three months and submitted upon enrollment.

📌Please note that there is no X-ray machine at the LU clinic. You may have your X-ray done at any diagnostic center or hospital.

📌The FOLLOW-UP MEDICAL and DENTAL EXAMINATION forms must be completed this 2nd semester by Second-year, Third-year, and Fourth-year students.

📌All concerned students are advised to log in to the system using their iLearnU account and complete the medical and dental form.
