Today, an inspection and monitoring team from the Regulation, Licensing, and Enforcement Division of the DOH Caraga Center for Health Development had a surprise visit to assess our facility for our License to Operate (LTO) of our Birthing Clinic in the coming year 2025.


Melquiades Salise Memorial Maternity Clinic is a licensed birthing clinic from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

A healthy baby girl delivered today, with Face Presentation (LMA).

Face presentation can be delivered vaginally if the fetus is in the mentum anterior position. More than half of the cases of face presentation are delivered by caesarean section. usually mag edema ang face,bruises or ecchymosis.

Mothers please pa ultrasound gyud mo, dalha, ipakita sa nurse/midwife.
