I have always been very visible on social media and I am sure you all know how much I hustle and work hard for my family and for my clients. Even during this pandemic, I did not stop working - to the point that this Virus really got me and put my dear life at stake.

Yes, I was diagnosed positive of the virus. I had fever, colds, cough and the worst part was I hardly could breathe! I admit I was at the point of giving up. It was seriously THAT serious! I was physically so down and tired and I just wanted it all to end. But really, I THANK GOD for the gift of family and friends and for His Holy Spirit for giving me the grace and the strength to fight. I couldn't have done it without God and without all your support and prayers.

While on my hospital bed, I had a special retreat (all alone and reflecting) and a great time to check back my life. It was then that I just felt God's saving grace. It was His love and mercy that I have always needed and searched for!

Today, I am convicted to say "I am sorry, really sorry" to all the people I have hurt in the past and even until now. I am sorry for being insensitive and for hurting your feelings. I hope and pray, that by the grace of God, all will be well and new for all of us. And I thank you... for still praying for me inspite of everything. And to all of you who still support, believe and love me, thank you so much!!! Know that you will always hold a special part in my heart and in my life.

- Intra will not cause a rise in blood pressure. The licorice root used in Intra is de-glycyrrhizinated. This means that all the glycyrrhizin has been removed and only the beneficial flavanoids remain.
- Glycyrrhizin has the potential to raise blood pressure if high concentrations are taken for a long period of time.

❓ Can someone with diabetes still use Intra?
- If you are diabetic or concerned about consuming 3 grams of sugar, it is advised that you take your Intra during or directly after a meal. This will further reduce the speed of absorption of the sugar in your system.

❓ Can I take Intra if I am pregnant or nursing?
- Intra is a very safe balanced formulation with no single herbal extract present at high levels.
