As the prime initiator of the Mental Health Seminar, together with our dedicated team, We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took part in this meaningful event. Special thanks to our inspiring resource speakers Mrs. Maria Corazon Peneyra, Registered Psychologist and Dr. Lou Kristine D. Racca, Medical Officer of ISPSC for sharing their expertise, wisdom, and time in guiding us toward a deeper understanding of mental health and self-care. Your valuable insights truly touched hearts and encouraged everyone to take small yet powerful steps toward well-being.

🌿 We also extend our appreciation to our supportive President, Dr. Mario P.Obrero, and three Vice Presidents, Administrators, Faculty, Non-Teaching staff and other participants whose presence and cooperation made this seminar a success. This event serves as a reminder that mental health matters every day, and caring for our minds is a journey we take together.
