The Municipal Health Office of Santa Maria proudly celebrates a remarkable milestone as it receives the 2023 Health Scorecard Green Achievers Award during the Gawad Galing Kalusugan 2025, held on January 14 at the Hiyas ng Bulacan Convention Center, under the leadership of the Provincial Health Office of Bulacan.

This distinguished recognition was accepted by Dra. Ma. Consuelo G. Feliciano, who was likewise honored as the Most Outstanding Municipal Health Officer for 2025. Certificates of recognition were also awarded to Nurse Edelfor V. Silen and Pelagio B. Perez as qualified nominees for the Most Outstanding Public Health Nurse category, with Ms. Silen earning the distinction of First Finalist.

These accolades reflect the unwavering dedication, professionalism, and collective commitment of the MHO Santa Maria in advancing quality, responsive, and people-centered public health services for the community.

Ngayong World AIDS Day 2025, sa temang “Pagharap sa pagkagambala, pagbabago sa tugon sa AIDS,” ipagpatuloy nating magtulungan upang wakasan ang AIDS bago sumapit ang 2030.

Sa patuloy na pagbabago ng panahon, mahalagang palakasin natin ang edukasyon, maagang pagpapasuri, at ligtas na pag-uugali upang maprotektahan ang ating sarili at ang komunidad. Sa kabila ng mga hamon, nananatiling posible ang zero new infections, zero discrimination, at zero AIDS-related deaths kung sama-sama at tuloy-tuloy ang ating pagkilos.

Maging bahagi ng pagbabago—magpatingin, magpa-test, magpakatotoo, at magpa-tulong kung kinakailangan. Ang bawat hakbang, gaano man kaliit, ay nagdudulot ng malaking ambag sa pagtatapos ng HIV/AIDS.

Sama-sama, kaya nating wakasan ang AIDS.
