Ang Tuberculosis o TB ay isang sakit na naipapasa sa pamamagitan ng ubo, bahing, at dura. Hindi ito naipapasa sa simpleng paghawak ng kamay, o pagkatuyo ng pawis sa likod.

Ito ay naaagapan at nagagamot kung malaman nang maaga! Isang x-ray lang ang kailangan!

🚐 BAKUNA CARAVAN: Kalusugan ng bawat isa, Bakuna ang Sandata 🌿💉

Last August 9, 2025, the Municipal Health Office, under the supervision of our esteemed Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Ma. Consuelo G. Feliciano, conducted the Bakuna Caravan—a community outreach activity aimed at raising awareness on the importance of vaccines, especially for mothers and babies.

During the event, participants—including mothers, pregnant women, and other community members—received vital information on how vaccines protect against life-threatening diseases, the proper vaccination schedules for infants and children, and the role of maternal immunization in ensuring a healthy start for newborns.

We sincerely thank our dedicated MHO staff for their commitment to public health, our Barangay Officials for their strong support, and our community participants for their active involvement in learning how to protect themselves and their loved ones. 💙

Through continued education and awareness, we move closer to a future where every child grows up safe, healthy, and protected. 🌟

In celebration of Family Planning Month, a Free Bilateral Tubal Ligation (BTL) and Vasectomy Mission was successfully conducted last July 31, 2025, at Barangay San Gabriel, in partnership with DKT Health Inc.

This initiative aims to provide accessible and voluntary long-term family planning methods to couples and individuals, empowering them to make informed choices about their reproductive health.

We extend our gratitude to all participating health professionals and our dedicated partner, DKT Health Inc., for making this meaningful activity possible.
