Mangyaring tiyakin na kayo ay nasa ligtas na lugar, may sapat na inuming tubig, pagkain, at gamot. Kung kinakailangang ipagpaliban ang inyong dialysis schedule, makipag-ugnayan agad sa inyong dialysis center o health care provider para sa mga alternatibong iskedyul o emergency instructions.

Paunawa sa mga Pasyente ng Renal Solutions Dialysis Center

Mga mahal naming pasyente,

Nais naming ipaalam sa inyo na may paparating na bagyo na may pangalang "Uwan" na inaasahang magdudulot ng malakas na ulan at hangin. Ayon sa forecast, posible na umabot sa Signal No. 5 ang naturang bagyo sa darating na Biyernes at Sabado.

Mga Paalala:

1. Limitahan ang paggamit ng tubig at asin:
- Sa mga susunod na araw, mangyaring limitahan ang inyong paggamit ng tubig at asin upang maiwasan ang anumang komplikasyon.

2. Posibleng Pag-aadjust ng Schedule at Pagkakansela ng Treatment:
- Dahil sa bagyo, maaaring mag-adjust o magkansela ang schedule ng treatment. Abangan ang anunsyo tungkol sa schedule ng treatment sa aming mga opisyal na channel.

3. Emergency HD Treatment:
- Kung kinakailangan, mag-aalok kami ng emergency HD treatment sa hospital-based dialysis unit. Mangyaring makipag-ugnayan sa aming head nurse para sa mga detalye.

4. Paghahanda: Mangyaring siguraduhin na:
- Nakakarga ang inyong mga cellphone at may sapat na charge.
- Mayroon kayong sapat na supply ng mga gamot at pagkain.
- Nakapaghanda kayo sa posibleng pinsalang dulot ng bagyo.

Manatiling ligtas. Ingatan ang inyong sarili at sundin ang mga paalala ng mga awtoridad. Makipag-ugnayan sa amin kung mayroon kayong mga katanungan o alalahanin.

Maraming salamat sa inyong pag-unawa at kooperasyon. Ingatan ang inyong sarili at manatiling ligtas.

Travelling Tips for CKD warriors this Holy Week

1. Consult your nephrologist and get medical clearance before tavelling.
2. Never skip your dialysis schedule. If travelling far, research for a nearest center to cater you at your destination.
3. Always bring your medical records with latest treatment sheets, medications, and first aid kits with BP apparatus and pulse oximeter.
4. Stay hydrated. Monitor your fluid intake, especially if you have fluid restrictions.
5. Carry a list of emergency contacts
6. Eat only kidney friendly food
7. Travel with companion
8. Communicate with you healthcare team
