Kapag umuubo, bumabahing, dumudura, o nagsasalita ang isang taong may aktibong TB, sumasama sa hangin ang bakterya at pwedeng malanghap ng ibang tao sa bahay o trabaho.

Ganyan kabagsik ang Mycobacterium tuberculosis, ang bakteryang sanhi ng TB.

Matapos kumalat sa pamamagitan ng ubo, bahing, at dura, matutulog ang bakteryang ito sa katawan ng isang tao, at sa paghina ng kanyang resistensya, magigising ang bakterya, dadami, at maghahasik ng sakit.

Hindi naipapasa ang TB sa pakikipagkamay, paggamit ng kubyertos, pakikipaghalikan, at pagbubuntis.

🎒DOH: IHANDA ANG INYONG GO BAG BILANG PAGHAHANDA SA BINABANTAYANG LPA AT AKTIBIDAD NG BULKAN

Binabantayan ng PAGASA ang Low Pressure Area (LPA) na nasa loob na ng Philippine Area of Responsibility. Mataas ang tyansang maging bagyo ito sa susunod na 24 oras. Asahan ang kalat kalat na pag-ulan, pagkulog, at pagkidlat dala ng patuloy na pag-iral ng hanging habagat sa buong bansa.

Nananatili naman sa Alert Level 3 ang Bulkang Kanlaon habang patuloy ring binabantayan ang tatlo pang aktibong bulkan sa bansa.

Paalala ng DOH, maagang ihanda ang inyong Emergency GO BAG bilang parte ng maagap na paghahanda sa anumang sakuna. Gamitin ang larawan bilang gabay sa pagkumpleto ng mga gamit na nasa loob nito.
