Public warning regarding fake medical certificate.

This is to inform the public that an individual Anabeth Gonzales Siblano allegedly issued a FAKE medical certificate claiming a consult on January 1,2024 10AM but our doctor is on leave. We did not transact any consultation on that date. We advised the public to inform us immediately regarding any fake medical certificate coming from Anabeth Gonzales Siblano. Her last consult with our doctor was on March 20, 2023 complaining of headache only.
