My lab result from June 13 vs Aug 15. I was surprised it went normal even hindi ko nate-take ang meds ko on a regular basis dahil lagi ko nakakalimutan sa sobrang busy. I see to it I’m taking my barley as an alternative.

Now, as per my doctor 1 na lang ang gamot ko for maintenance and optional na lang yung isa only if may palpitations pa rin ako. Next visit will be on Nov 15.

This time I will stop my meds and just continue with my barley routine. Let us check the result by then👌
